We know that moringa is the tree of life and getting your daily dose makes perfect sense. With taste being an obstacle for some, I’ve created some interesting healthy foods that are delicious and incorporates moringa. Today, I will be preparing a summer salad. This salad is refreshing, the perfect choice for a summer day. It’s a moringa watermelon salad with boneless chicken, turkey bacon and green beans extra fine. The dressing is toasted sesame oil, and olive oil. To make a splash when serving, garnish the dish with lime wedges. Cut the boneless chicken and turkey bacon into small mouth-size pieces. Cook the boneless chicken the way you prefer. You can replace the chicken with another meat or fish. I prefer to marinate the chicken, seal and place in refrigerator overnight. Place the chicken and turkey bacon on skillet. Near the end add the green beans. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.

2 cups coleslaw, 1 tsp moringa, 2 tsp dried cilantro, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil, 6 tsp olive oil, ¼ cup turkey bacon, ½ cup boneless chicken, ½ cup green beans extra fine, ¼ cup shredded cheese, ¼ cup wonton strips
