Moringa the tree of life. It has countless benefits. Refer to our Blog articles on the benefits of Moringa. However, with taste being an obstacle for some, I’ve created some interesting healthy foods that are delicious and incorporates moringa.
Today, I will be preparing my Moringa Mixed Fruits (Mango, Strawberries, pineapple, peaches, grapes) Smoothie. This smoothie is a morning coffee alternative. What a great way to begin the day. To make a splash when serving, I put it in a tall beautiful beer glass or a Starbucks plastic cup for the road.
A nice secret to good smoothie, always freeze the fruits prior – avoid adding ice. Use a more powerful blender with convenient features and measurement labeling, making for a better experience.
Ingredients
1 ½ cup Mixed Fruits
1 tsp. Moringa
8 oz. Apple Juice
