Moringa the tree of life. With the countless benefits to the human body, one of them is helping to control diabetics. Being natural it makes perfect sense – more ideal over pills. With taste being an obstacle for some, I’ve created some interesting healthy foods that are delicious and incorporates moringa.

Today, I will be preparing my Moringa Banana Smoothie. This smoothie is a morning coffee alternative. What a great way to begin the day. The smoothie also includes ground cinnamon and nutmeg.  To make a splash when serving, I put it in a tall beautiful beer glass or a traveling cup for the road.
