After years of experience on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean I really believe a simple shift in mindset can solve so much. Getting people to start finding a deep joy in seeing others succeed – it will be a game changer. By effectively motivating these people to begin finding joy in extending a helping hand, will begin breaking barriers. In addition, building mutual respect among individuals – valuing the next person’s time and expertise while truly encouraging and promoting hard honest work.

The challenge: Big Data analysis show a high percentage of role models in developing environments consistently dislike seeing promising individuals be successful. While many of their counterparts in successful economics do everything they can to help a promising individual succeed. How can we begin to make a significant impact in shifting this mindset? What effective tools can we implement?

Action:

Create an effective campaign with accountability as the priority. Spread the word about extending a helping hand to others. Help meaning lifetime sustainability. Help meaning being extremely supportive to see your neighbor all the way through become happy and successful. Yes, help meaning Empowering others. I know it’s a foreign concept right now, but just try it. Begin by taking baby steps and in future it will become a habit. Trust me, it’s rewarding and when you are on your dying bed you will look back at life and smile. Please share.
